3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars and include applicable details at checkout. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Payment must be completed in full through our secure gateways before an order is dispatched.
4. Orders & Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, and to limit quantities, to protect both our customers and our business.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped fully insured from New York. Delivery timelines are estimates; we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.
6. Returns & Refunds
Unworn items in their original condition may be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Custom and engraved pieces are final sale. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
7. Warranty
Our craftsmanship guarantee covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage resulting from normal wear, accidents or improper care. Please follow the care guide included with your purchase.
